Here at SFS we have been providing mail forwarding services to our clients since 1998. We do not target our services to large organisations but prefer to assist small businesses and individuals with a more personal trade mail forwarding service. Our office locations are all genuine office locations. We do not operate PO Box’s or pigeon hole collection services. All of the mail is personally sorted by our trained administration team and forwarded on to its relevant destination. The service is aimed towards businesses and individuals that expect up to 20 items of mail per month, equivalent to one item per working day.

Our fees-

We try to keep our fee structure easy to understand and competitively priced.
Our fees for Mail Forwarding from Coventry in the Midlands-

First year annual fee of £120 + VAT
We will also request a deposit of between £25 and £50 + VAT
Second year renewal fee is only £100 + VAT

Mail received at our Coventry address is forwarded the same day we receive it. When we forward your mail we deduct £1 from the deposit, this £1 administration charge is only deducted once during the week. If no mail is forwarded during a working week then no administration charge is deducted. If we forward 3 or 4 items we still only deduct £1 for the entire week. If mail has to be repackaged or postage is added then this is deducted from the deposit at cost. We do not charge an administration fee per item. Therefore if we receive several items of mail for you in a week, your deposit may only be reduced by £1.

From experience we have found that this fee structure suits most small businesses. You know what your fees are in advance. We do not need to keep charging you every month or quarter for your services. We will only contact you for further payment when the annual fee is due for renewal or the deposit is running low.

We provide a low cost answer to your mail forwarding problems for as little as £155 + VAT for a full 12 months service.
