What will you need to form your company online?

1.		Your basic contact details – name, telephone number, email contact and address
2.		Registered office address – this is most likely where the business is based and must be in the UK
3.		Director details – name, address, date of birth, nationality and occupation
4.		Secretary details – name and address
5.		Share Information – how you want to structure your share capital and how many share you want to issue.
6.		Payment – by most major credit or debit cards
