How does the service work?

  • Pay an annual fee and deposit to cover postage and admin fees

  • We set the service up the same day and ask you to email proof of identity documents to us

  • When mail is received we send it on to your forwarding address and deduct the cost of the postage from your deposit

  • For the first item received for you each week we deduct a £1 admin fee from your deposit

  • Any further items received in the same week do not incur admin fees, just the postage cost for forwarding

  • When you deposit reaches a balance of £5 we will ask you to top it up again

  • Higher volume users can pay a higher deposit, low volume users will not need to pay a further deposit if very little mail is being forwarded as the deposit should remain above £5
