Why have I received a text message from SFS?
We need to talk to you about your service
We only send our registered clients text messages when they have not responded to an important email or phone call from us regarding the services we supply to that client. The text message is asking you to contact us to resolve an important issue with your service and will include a link to a web page with a more detailed explanation of the issue.
If we do not get a response to the phone calls, emails or texts then the service will be suspended until we hear from you.
Please note we do not send marketing text messages or pass contact details to third parties. All clients can opt in/out of receiving text messages by updating their preferences in their account or by calling us.
