How does it work?
Once your have ordered online using our secure website, you can change your registered office at Companies House the same day using form AD01. You can file this online, submit a paper form or ask us to help. If you have not yet formed your company you can form the company using our address as soon as you are ready. We offer a discounted price if you let us form the company for you and purchase the registered address via our company formation service Simple Formations.
The registered office service includes the cost of forwarding mail from HRMC and Companies House to your address. We do not charge extra for postage costs.

One annual fee and no extra costs.
One fee covers a full year and there is nothing else to pay for. You do not pay postage costs or admin fees for the government mail that we receive and forward to you. The fee is for a 12 month service. At the end of the 12 month period we will invite you to renew the service. We will not automatically charge you in year two, so order in confidence..
