Registered Office or Virtual Address
There is a difference between ordering a registered office service and a virtual address service. One is a limited service that only includes registered office letters, the second is an address service for all types of letters.
Our virtual office solutions provide two mail services for businesses. The first is the registered office address for limited companies and LLP’s that are registered at Companies House. The second is the virtual address service that includes the forwarding of normal business communication from any organisation or person.
Customers that run a business that is registered at Companies House, can choose which service is most suitable to their needs. Businesses that are not registered at Companies House and personal customers can choose one of the virtual address options.
The Registered Office Service
This service includes the use of our address at Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs (the UK tax authority). You can provide our address as your legal registered office to both organisations. They will then only communicate with your business via our registered office address sending official letters, notices and reminders. Any official government mail received at our address in your company name will be forwarded to your physical address by us. There are no further postal charges or administration fees, just a fixed annual charge.
Our registered office service does not include the forwarding or processing of any other general business mail that is not issued by Companies House or HMRC. If you would like us forward mail that is not from HMRC or Companies House then you will require our virtual address service. Customers can upgrade to a virtual address at any time if they initially purchase a registered address service.

Virtual Address Service
Many of our clients with a registered office service choose to add a mail forwarding service to include non government mail forwarding too. The virtual address service includes the forwarding of mail from other business and organisations including banks, customers, suppliers, domain registrars, etc. Any normal business mail addressed to your company will be accepted under this service and posted to you.
Your customers will expect to see an address on your website and business stationery where they can contact you. This is important for processing orders, managing enquiries, receiving payments and handling disputes or legal proceedings. Our full virtual address service starts at just £100 per year and includes the registered address service (if required) at no further cost. Customers purchasing a registered office address service may wish to consider this upgrade option for peace of mind if you think some customers or suppliers may want to communicate with you via your registered address.
Please note the maximum weight of any single item of mail can not exceed 1kg. We do not allow any goods to be received or forwarded through any of our addresses. All address services are for letter type post containing printed papers. Please contact us if you have any questions.
