Why Prices Are Changing
Government fees associated with company registration, compliance, and other administrative services are subject to periodic review and adjustment. These adjustments are influenced by various factors such as inflation, the need to maintain public services, and enhancements in UK company laws, as seen with the recent Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act. We’ve recently been notified of significant increases in government fees, notably the rise from £10 to £50 for company formation fees, along with other fee adjustments for document filing services. These changes directly impact the costs associated with the services we provide.
Our Response and Updated Pricing
Despite our best efforts to absorb the increased costs, we find it necessary to adjust our pricing for Companies House filing services to ensure that we can maintain the quality of service you expect and deserve. Effective from 1st May 2024, we will be implementing the following updates to our pricing:
