Registered office address

The registered office service is a great product for anyone running a company that does not want their address displayed at Companies House. Your company can use our address at Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs. This ensures your address is not added to the public register and spread across the internet on data scraping websites.

The service includes the forwarding of government mail from HMRC and Companies House. Your companies will receive several notices during the year that will always be sent to the registered address. We receive these at our office, add your new address and required stamps and post these to you.

More than a registered office

For businesses that may need more mail to be forwarded, we are pleased to offer several alternative services to the registered office. We hear from many businesses that would like a little extra flexibility to complement the registered office service. We are often asked if we could include bank mail in the service or offer a ‘catch’ option to include any letters from businesses that may write to the registered office in error.

Not all companies need a full virtual office mail solution. Therefore we have introduced several packages that automatically include a fixed number of letters to be included during the period of the service. You can read more about our fixed price mail forwarding services here.

If you choose one of our mail packages you get ‘peace of mind’ that any extra items of mail will be sent to you within the limits of the service. All costs are included in the service so you will not get any nasty surprises or invoices for mail deposits.

You can choose to have up to 30, 60 or even 100 items of mail sent to you from our address. This will allow you to use our address clearly on your websites, emails, letters, invoices and other commercial documents. Keep your address private and use our office as your business address.

Virtual office for larger businesses

For customers that expect higher volumes of mail each year, we offer our virtual office service for businesses. This provides total flexibility for a larger business that needs a virtual address. You can have all of your mail sent to our office for sorting and forwarding to your address. If your business will exceed 100 items per year this is the ideal solution.
