Every year UK companies must file documents at Companies House. Companies must filed abbreviated accounts and the Confirmation Statement which has replaced the annual return. Companies House issue reminders that these documents are due when the filing dates approach.

- Log into WebFiling at Companies House.
- Select e-Reminders from the menu.
- Enter your email address.
- Add up to 3 more email addresses.
- Receive an email from Companies House to validate your email address.
- Agree to the Terms of the service.
- Receive an email acknowledgement that your company is in the eReminder service.
It is important to note that when you register for electronic notices you will no longer receive filing notifications by post. Therefore we recommend you choose the electronic reminder service if you prefer emails to postal notices.
